Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves.
Please ensure that the beanbag cover and filling are returned separately, in the same way they were delivered. Beanbag covers must be returned empty, and filling material must be returned in its original bags.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping through a carrier of their choice.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We do not offer collection or pickup services.
Returns must be delivered directly to the addresses listed above. Packages sent to parcel lockers, pickup points, or locations that do not deliver directly to us remain the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier, destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Damages and Issues

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, beanbag cover, or filling option, please contact us at:
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, the customer must pay the price difference before the replacement item is shipped.
Where possible, exchanges may be completed by replacing only the beanbag cover or only the filling material.
Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Please contact us before returning any items for an exchange so we can provide the correct instructions.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period and return the item in unused condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
This legal right is provided in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
